The music of the film given by Rajesh Murugeshan and Gopi Sundar helped in bringing the fans and masses, especially youth to the theatres. The movie has become the talking point for Naga Chaitanya’s three get ups showcasing three stages of an young man’s life looking for love. As a teenager, as a college student and a matured professional chef, Naga Chaitanya proved that he can carry off a movie entirely on his shoulders with able support from the writer director Chandoo Mondeti who masterly remade the cult classic slice of life film, Premam!
Nivin Pauly the original actor in the Malayalam version who rose to South Indian fame with the film, wished all the best to the team and Chaitanya before the release of the film. Chandoo the director is getting praises for his additions and craftsmanship on the screen in adapting a movie like Premam. He was first praised by his first film lead actor, Nikhil Siddhartha saying he knew it all along that only his friend could have remade that film and he is happy that world is saying it know!
