Preity Zinta Got Exasperated Over Dating Rumours with Brett Lee

Preity Zinta, who made her Bollywood debut in 1998 with Dil Se…, was a notable actress of the decade. In movies like Chori Chori Chupke Chupke (2001), Dil Chahta Hai (2001), Dil Hai Tumhaara (2002), and Armaan, she delivered a number of standout performances (2003).

While the actress from Kal Ho Na Ho received numerous awards for her great performances and unique on-screen attitude, the spotlight has always been on her private life. After images of her dinner date with the Australian captain emerged, she was even linked to batsman Brett Lee.

Preity Zinta appeared on the scene to definitively dispel the rumours after they had grown to be so widespread. I’ve never left Olive’s back door, ever, the dimpled beauty confessed to Hindustan Times in 2011. Why would I need to do that if I’m not dating anyone and am single? To clear up any confusion, Brett joined me and another friend for supper while we were there. However, it is clear that the individual who saw us together missed him.

The actress from Salaam Namaste later admitted that she had known the Australian cricketer for seven years. He spent three seasons playing for her Kings XI Punjab squad before switching to Shah Rukh Khan’s Kolkata Knight Riders team this year.

“However, he is still my dear friend. He supported me as I was dealing with a personal problem. Likewise for me. He likes movies, plays the guitar, and is a lovely man, according to Preity Zinta.

Expanding on her relationship with Brett Lee, the actress added ” How can I have an affair with Brett every year only during the IPL season? What happens during the rest of the year? Why can’t a man and a woman have a platonic relationship? Why does it always have to be romantic? I’ve never had an affair with anyone I have worked with, whether it’s a co-star or a cricketer.”

Preity Zinta, Bollywood actress, was said to be dating Australian cricketer Brett Lee back in 2011.
