Prashanth Neel: NTR and Mahesh Babu called me

Director Prashant Neel is currently on a roll, with the massive success of KGF Chapter 2, which is a sequel to his 2018 film KGF. The film is creating new records and has become a major milestone for the Kannada film industry, which has until now, been on a sort of backburner.

In a recent interview, Prashant revealed that NTR and Mahesh called him upon the release of KGF 2, and congratulated him for the stupendous success of the film, and for the way he executed the film.

On the other hand, while Prashant is currently busy promoting KGF 2, he would soon resume shooting Salaar with Prabhas. After that, he is expected to begin shooting for NTR’s film, which is yet to be officially announced. There are also speculations about Prashant bringing together Yash and Prabhas for KGF 3 and Salaar 2 respectively, with both the films expected to be made as one.
