It is not easy to produce a film in different languages and that too a remake. If we are single producer for a film, the complications will be less but they increase to ten folds if two or three are involved.
The same thing is holding Tadka, to release. Prakash Raj is in fight with Zee Studios producers for excluding him from the profit sharing of the film, even though he is the original remake rights owner.
His relative Jithesh Verma and Zee Studios have 40% and 60% division in the profits but Prakash Raj has nothing. Hence, he stopped the release of the movie. He is given legal notices by Zee Studios to cooperate for the release.
The actor has to attend Bombay High Court and give his explanation regarding the issue. Movie should have released in 2017 but it is getting delayed due to the issue.
