Pradeep Rawat, Known For Powerful Villain Roles, Passes Away

Pradeep Rawat passed away on Tuesday at the age of 74 after a long battle with blood cancer. He died at a hospital near Mumbai after his health worsened. His manager confirmed that he had been fighting the illness for long years.

Pradeep worked in several film industries. He became much famous as Ashwatthama in Mahabharat and later gained much popularity for his powerful villain roles for sure.

Telugu audiences will always remember him as Bikshu Yadav in Rajamouli’s Sye which earned him the Filmfare and Nandi Awards.

He also acted in Chatrapathi, Bhadra, Stalin and many other films. His roles in Ghajini also equally memorable without fail.

His death is a huge loss to Indian cinema and many celebrities have paid tribute to the great actor.
