Prabhas’s Adi Purush team goes for an artificial forest set

Rebel Star Prabhas has been simultaneously shooting for two of his films titled Adi Purush and Salaar. While the former is a mythological drama, the latter is a pucca action entertainer. Adi Purush is being made on a huge budget and motion capture technology will be used extensively for the project.

Adi Purush is being directed by Om Raut and the latest we hear about the film is that a huge forest set is being built in Mumbai. Though the team initially thought of shooting in real locales, the rise in positive cases has made them opt for going for sets.

While Prabhas will be seen in the role of Lord Rama, Sunny Singh plays the role of Lakshman and Kriti Sanon will be the Sita. It is already confirmed that Saif Ali Khan will play the role of Lankesh.

Adi Purush is scheduled for release on August 11th, 2022.
