The release of Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s Radhe Shyam has been postponed due to the increasing number of coronavirus and omicron cases in the country. The film was supposed to have been released on January 14th, on the occasion of Sankranthi, but got postponed. Fans have been highly disappointed, but given that the theatre situation across the country is not as good as it is in the Telugu states, the makers had to postpone the film.
It is already known that Radhe Shyam is an epic love story between Prabhas and Pooja Hegde’s characters and that they would be involved in a tragic accident. Initially, it was thought that there would be only one tragic incident taking place in the movie, involving a train that disappeared under mysterious circumstances. From the trailer, it was evident that the movie would be featuring another disaster, involving a ship named DaVinci, which also is destroyed. What these incidents have to do with the characters, and how they will come into play will form the rest of the story.
On the other hand, Prabhas is currently busy shooting for Nag Ashwin’s Project K, and he is expected to finish shooting for Salaar by this Summer. Prabhas’s 24th film is also expected to be announced soon.
