Prabhas is teaming up with Hanu Raghavapudi for an action drama set in the pre-Independence period. The film produced by Mythri Movie Makers is currently under production, with Imanvi playing the female lead.
For months, there have been strong rumors that the movie is titled Fauji.
Though the team hasn’t made an official announcement, actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan seems to have accidentally confirmed the title during the promotions of his film Dude which is also backed by Mythri Movie Makers.
At a Chennai event, Pradeep said, “I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say this, but I’ve seen a few clips of Prabhas sir’s Fauji”.
“The producers Naveen sir and Ravi sir are extremely passionate, and what I saw was extraordinary. Maybe I wasn’t supposed to reveal that!” he added with a laugh.
