Prabhas Adi Purush effect: Allu Aravind shelves Ramayana plans

Mega Producer Allu Aravind had plans to make huge Pan India films. A year back or so, Allu Aravind has revealed that he will be producing a three-part Ramayana series with a whopping budget of Rs. 1500 Crores. For this project, he has even teamed up with a few of the Bollywood producers. Allu Aravind, then in an interview has confirmed that Nitesh Tiwari of Chicchore fame will be directing this epic drama. However, with reasons unknown, Allu Aravind hasn’t made a move in this regard or things didn’t work out as he thought.

Cut to present, Now Prabhas has been confirmed as the lead role in the Pan Indian movie Adi Purush which will be produced by T-Series and directed by Om Raut. It has been confirmed that the movie will be based on the Indian epic tale Ramayana.

Now that Ramayana is being made, Allu Aravind has dropped his plans for making his dream project.
