From the last few months, Rana has been camping in the US as he underwent a kidney transplant from his mother who gave the kidney.
He has been recovering well and now he will back to the country in two days. Once he is back, he will take some time off and restart his new film Virata Parvam.
The film has Sai Pallavi as the main lead and is based on the local issues in the backward areas of Telangana. Venu Udugula is directing this film with Rana.
