The speech that Pawan Kalyan made at the pre-release event of Sai Dharam Tej’s Republic, on the ongoing issue about the pricing of film tickets in Andhra Pradesh, and so much more, has sparked an interesting controversy. While fans and others have come to Pawan’s support, and continue to support him in all manners, the same cannot be said about other factions of people, with some supporting Jagan, and some staying silent on the issue.
Actor turned politician, Posani Krishna Murali, appeared before the media today, and criticised Pawan’s statements on the AP government, and said that it was wrong of Pawan’s fans to attack Posani’s family – his wife and kids – in this context. Posani said that if this didn’t stop, then the same would be the case with Pawan’s family as well. What’s to be noted here is that Jagan had previously made comments on Pawan’s personal life, and his marriages – which was an attack on his family, and wife.
On the other hand, Posani also previously said that Jagan saw no caste division in politics, but many are now asking the question of how come all the major posts in the AP government have been given to those members belonging to Jagan’s community, and not others. It is now to be seen what will happen.
