There will now be a change in the film’s casting for Mahesh Babu and Trivikram. Pooja Hegde has resigned, citing scheduling conflicts.
Guntur Kaaram, the next film starring Mahesh Babu and Trivikram, has been making headlines frequently lately for a variety of reasons. Changes have been made to the movie’s release date, storyline, and music director. And now, Guntur Kaaram’s leading woman has chosen to take a backseat in the movie. According to a source familiar with the situation, Pooja Hegde has opted not to participate in the movie.
The Guntur Kaaram shooting schedule was constantly shifting. The team started filming certain sequences and choosing a timeline for the following schedule when further delays arose for a number of reasons. Some of the already shot sections were beginning to go into the reshoot stage. Multiple other persons also backed out as a result of the script modifications that occurred on a frequent basis. Pooja Hegde has opted to end the relationship after giving it some thought, citing date concerns, according to a source familiar with the situation.
The source went on to say that Pooja had made plans to work on a number of other films between June and December and that her decision to move on with Guntur Kaaram would interfere with those plans. She expressed her dissatisfaction with the way things were going with the producers and the director before leaving. Pooja will now transfer her focus to acting in other Telugu and Hindi-language films, the source said. Along with Pooja, the film’s music director, Thaman is no longer involved, and rumors suggest that the production is close to bringing Anirudh on board.
Allu Arjun and Trivikram will reunite on a successful entertainer later this year; the title of the film will be revealed soon. The pair earlier collaborated on the popular film Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo. After Pushpa 2, the Trivikram movie is anticipated to be Allu Arjun’s next.
