Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film Acharya, which is being directed by Koratala Siva. The film has been in the making for two or more years now and has been delayed due to several reasons, including both the waves of coronavirus.
Not a lot of shooting is left out for Acharya, and the remaining parts are currently being shot. It is already known that Acharya has a Naval backdrop, where Chiranjeevi will be seen as a Naxalite, who will be fighting for the good of the people. It is also known that Ram Charan will be seen playing an important role in the film, as a Naxalite, and that his character will help move the story forward, along with Pooja Hegde’s character, who is paired up with Ram Charan for the first time in the film.
A picture from the sets of Acharya has now been released to the media, where Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi are seen together, sitting under a tree, in what seems like a forest. The father-son duo looks picture perfect in the greenery that surrounds them. The picture also teases fans of the film, who are eagerly awaiting the film’s release. On the other hand, Acharya is currently said to be aiming to release in October. Given that Ram Charan has another release in October, in the form of RRR, it is now to be seen if October will be finalised as the release date, or if another month will be considered.
