Phanindra Narsetti’s second film 8 Vasantalu released in theatres on June 20th and received mixed reviews.
Recently the film caught attention again when Phanindra shared an interesting detail during a interview. He revealed that he originally wanted Deepika Padukone and Suriya to play the lead roles.
However the producers suggested casting newcomers instead, and Phanindra agreed. Eventually, the lead roles were played by Ananthika Sanilkumar, Hanu Reddy, and Ravi Teja Duggirala.
This revelation sparked curiosity among fans about how the film might have looked with such a big star cast. 8 Vasantalu is now getting ready for its digital premiere on Netflix.
It will stream in a unique aspect ratio, promising a fresh visual experience for the audience.
The film also features Kanna Pasunoori, Sanjana Hardageri, Mettu Nishesh, and Sumant Nitturkar. It was produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with music composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab.
