People will enjoy rural drama Says Karthi

Karthi, is coming with a rural drama, Chinababu as his next release this weekend. Suriya is producing the film and Karthi talked to media portals about his film. He said, “I am excited to see how audience will react watching me as a farmer. I haven’t done a complete rural based film in few years and I am excited to bring this film to people.”

He continued, “It celebrates life, tries to present the problems of a farmer in a joyous and light hearted manner, while it does get heavy thematically. I am happy to be playing in my brother’s production as he paid me handsomely and on-time. Jokes apart, I loved his suggestions and also he encouraged me to try a different style of expression and I enjoyed it thoroughly.”

Pandiraj is directing the movie and Sayyeshaa Sehgal is playing the leading role. Satyaraj who played Kattappa in Baahubali series is also playing a crucial role in the film.
