The Raja Saab, the next big release of Prabhas is once again in the spotlight. In recent days, social media buzzed with rumours that the film’s release was delayed from January 6, 2026.
Putting an end to these rumours the production house People Media Factory released an official statement confirming that the film will hit theatres on January 9th 2026, as a Sankranthi special.
The team shared that VFX and post-production work are moving quickly and that grand release plans are being made in all languages, including IMAX and premium formats for a top-notch cinematic experience.
They also revealed that the first copy will be ready by December 25, 2025 and a pre-release event will take place in the U.S. in December.
Directed by Maruthi and produced by T. G. Vishwa Prasad and the film stars Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal and Riddhi Kumar, with Sanjay Dutt in a key role. Thaman S composes the music.
