Pen Studios shells out never heard before price for RRR

We have already revealed that a major Bollywood production house has bagged the non-theatrical and Hindi distribution rights of RRR for a mind-blowing price. It is now made official that Pen Studios has bagged the above-said rights for a huge amount that is never heard before in Indian Cinema.

“Delighted to present the cinematic spectacle on the big screen in Hindi markets along with all languages electronic, digital, and satellite rights of RRR,” said Pen Studios in an official statement.

It is said that for the Hindi distribution rights they have shelled out Rs. 250 Crores and for all the non-theatrical rights they have offered Rs. 150 Crores which in total makes Rs. 400 Crores. This will be the first time that we hear such a price. RRR is one of the much-awaited films in Indian Cinema. It is scheduled for release on October 13th, 2021.
