Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, Annaatthe is gearing up for a simultaneous release in Telugu as Peddhanna. Meanwhile, this evening, the makers have unveiled the film’s Telugu and Tamil version theatrical trailer.
Set in a rural backdrop, Peddhanna trailer showcases Rajinikanth as a village head. The promo explores the brother-sister bonding between Rajinikanth (Veeranna) and his younger sister( role played by Keerthy Suresh). While Meena and Kushboo are seen as family relatives of Veeranna, Nayanthara has been showcased as Veeranna’s love interest. On the other hand, Jagapathi Babu and Abhimanyu Singh are being projected as baddies. How does a village head will lock the horns with them? Is expected to be the crucial crux in the movie.
Rajinikanth is fresh and has been presented with an energetic screen presence. Being directed by Shiva, Peddhanna( Annaatthe) is all set to hit the screens on November 4th as a Diwali festival special. While Sun Pictures banner bankrolled the movie in Tamil, Narayan Das Narang’s Asian Cinemas will be releasing Peddhanna in twin Telugu states. D Imman is the music composer for this village-centric drama.
