Pawan Kalyan’s ‘Bro The Avatar’ Battles Political Storms

Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej’s much-anticipated film, ‘Bro The Avatar,’ is facing mounting troubles as its release date draws near. The film, which has garnered attention due to its star cast and promising storyline, is encountering obstacles primarily due to Pawan Kalyan’s political involvement and his strained relationship with the Andhra Pradesh government.

Consequently, Andhra exhibitors are apprehensive about taking any risks associated with the film. There are two key factors causing concern among the exhibitors in Andhra Pradesh. Firstly, the political tensions between Pawan Kalyan and the state government have created a vacuum, making it highly unlikely that the film will receive permissions for ticket hikes or special shows. This further adds to the exhibitors’ reservations.

Secondly, the film’s makers have quoted exorbitant prices for distribution rights. Additionally, the promotional content for ‘Bro The Avatar’ does not prominently feature Pawan Kalyan, with the focus primarily on Sai Dharam Tej instead.

This lack of emphasis on the star power of Pawan Kalyan has deterred Andhra exhibitors from taking the risk of investing significant amounts in the film.
The film, starring Sai Dharam Tej and Ketika Sharma, commenced shooting earlier this year. Pawan Kalyan swiftly wrapped up his portions within a short span of time. Other critical roles in the film are portrayed by Brahmanandam, Rohini Molleti, Subbaraju, Tanikella Bharani, and Raja Chembolu.
