Pawan Kalyan movies seem to have become the centre of attraction once again. Whenever there is a release of the actor, some or the other form of controversy has become the order of the day. Once it was with piracy and other time it was with plagiarism. Now, with previous films losses are asked to be compensated by a distributor.
Going into the details, the distributor Sampath Kumar said in a pressmeet that he lost 2 crores amount on distributing Sardar Gabbar Singh and he paid high amounts as he is a fan of the actor and he thought the movie would break all the records. Even though movie had a grand opening the movie turned out to be a disaster and the distributor had been asking for a compensation since then it seems.
The actor did promise compensation publicly but the team around are playing spoilsport as a mafia, it seems. The distributor named one Sreenivas who is a close associate of the actor of promising him the rights of Katamarayudu being producer by Sharath Marar again. The producer sold the movie Sardar Gabbar Singh to Eros and after a year, even the distributor has been given the answer to talk to EROS regarding any compensation. The distributor did try to meet the actor it seems but he was denied any appointment as actor was busy with his political activities. Well, the distributor wants compensation of the rights of the movie, Katamarayudu it seems. He alledged that even though the actor is great in character, a ‘Mafia’ has formed around him blinding his vision it seems.
