Pawan Kalyan Demands Fair Prices And Better Facilities In Theaters

Pawan Kalyan has strongly voiced his concern over the high food prices and poor facilities in theaters across Andhra Pradesh.

After a briefing from Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh about the recent theater strike, Pawan insisted on proper regulations for food pricing and quality in cinemas.

He criticized how snacks like popcorn and water cost more than movie tickets and called for government checks to ensure fair pricing.

He suggested that producers, including those of his own film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, must follow the proper route through the Telugu Film Chamber for ticket hikes, no direct requests to the government.

He also warned against monopolies in food supply and emphasized the need for clean water and hygiene in theaters.

Pawan addressed the recent theater shutdown and said even if Janasena members were involved, strict action should be taken.

He stressed that families should enjoy movies without financial burden and backed a new Film Development Policy to support the industry’s growth.
