Pavithra Lakshmi was last seen in the movie Once Upon a Time in Madras with actor Bharath and also worked in two Malayalam films and is steadily growing in her career.
Recently there have been many rumours on social media about her having plastic surgery due to changes in her appearance and weight.
Though she denied these claims earlier, the gossip didn’t stop. Pavithra addressed the issue again on Insta, saying the rumours are false and hurtful. She said spreading such baseless news is cruel and emotionally tiring.
She also shared that she is currently facing health problems and is under treatment. She asked people to respect her privacy and not spread false news.
She thanked those who supported her and promised to return stronger after recovery.
