Papam Prathap Overcomes Last-Minute Issue

Thiruveer’s new film Papam Prathap created decent buzz with its promotions. Just before its release the film faced a problem as some required clearances were pending.

A key scene involving an animal led the Censor Board to ask for approval from the Animal Welfare Board of India before issuing the certificate.

This created some tension among fans about the release.

However the issue has now been sorted out and all the necessary approvals have been received. The film will release as planned with paid premieres.

Directed by S. P. Durga Naresh, the comedy-drama stars Payal Radhakrishna as the female lead. Set in 1998 in the Godavari region and it follows a young man’s life after marriage.
