“Overworking Isn’t Worth It” Says Rashmika Mandanna

Actors often struggle to maintain a proper work life balance because of their busy schedules and also unplanned shoots. This is a very common issue in the film industry as we all know it.

During the promotional interview for her upcoming film The Girlfriend, Rashmika was asked about her earlier words on not getting 8 hours of sleep for years and how she manages her work and personal life now.

Our National crush said that overworking is unhealthy and not worth it. Though it’s not in her control at the moment she hopes the film industry can also follow fixed working hours like 9 to 6 jobs.

She mainly explained that rest, body fitness and family time are just as important as work for each and every one in this society.

She also said that she wants to be fit and healthy for her future kids. Her mouth talk have sparked discussions with many praising her for addressing the importance of mental and physical health.
