Overseas Premiere Of OG At Risk Due To Last-Minute Hurdles

We are just a day away from the overseas premieres of They Call Him OG, but the makers have not yet delivered the full content. This last minute delay highlights the poor planning that often affects big-budget Telugu films.

Sources say the first half of OG has been mastered, uploaded to the Qube server and shared with distributors.

However, work on the second half is still ongoing, especially the final two reels. It may take another 5–6 hours before it is uploaded and sent to theatres, which could delay full delivery until late tonight.

Such last-minute work creates stress for all parties and can impact business. Production houses need to take this seriously as repeated delays may make overseas distributors reluctant to cooperate in the future.

For smoother releases content should ideally be delivered at least a week before the premiere.
