Hyderabad, November 3, 2025 – The 8th edition of IndiaJoy 2025 highlighted creativity and innovation across the AVGC (Animation, VFX, Gaming, and Comics) industries. The session titled “South Stories, Global Strokes: The Future of Regional Originals” featured Padma Kasturirangan, Head of South, India Originals at Amazon Prime Video. She shared insights on how South Indian narratives are redefining streaming content globally. Padma spoke about Prime Video’s focus on authentic, culture-rich stories in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, citing hits like Suzhal: The Vortex, Inspector Rishi, Dhootha, and Poacher.
