As per the latest report, OTT giant Amazon Prime is now in talks with sensible director Gautham Vasudev Menon to make a web series.
It is known that Gautham Menon recently directed a web series named Queen which is a biopic on legendary actress and politician Jayalalitha. This web series has got a good reception. Now, Gautham Menon is considering Amazon Prime’s offer, if the reports are going to be believed.
Amazon Prime is currently facing stiff competition from Netflix and Hotstar. They want to prove their position in their arena and they are going in touch with various filmmakers. We have to wait and see whether this project rolls on or not.
