Oopiri’s Excellent Run Continues

Nagarjuna’s Oopiri had not only won over the critics, box office and audience, now it looks like they have emerged a winner in the terms of market share and satellite rights as well. The film is still going strong in many theatres. What we now hear is that the satellite rights of the film have been sold for a huge amount of 14 crores to Sun Network. The amount that has been paid is both for Telugu and Tamil. The film made good money in the US as well, crossing the  1.5 million mark. The performances of Nagarjuna and Karthi were praised a lot and Vamsi Paidipalli’s film-making skills were lauded too.
