Ananya Panday recently remembered how a man tossed a stone at Chunky Panday after being dissatisfied with his 1988 film Khatron Ke Khiladi. Khatron Ke Khiladi was a multi-starrer action drama guided by T Rama Rao. It starred Panday, Sanjay Dutt, Dharmendra, Madhuri Dixit, Neelam, Shakti Kapoor and many others. Actor Chunky Panday has been acting for over three decades in the film industry, mainly playing comic roles after a short term as the leading man. But he has also been at the receiving fate of some harsh criticism.
While publicising his upcoming show Pop Kaun, Panday remembered how during the shoot of his 1990 film Tadap, a man threw a stone at him. But the stone injured his co-actor Meenakshi Seshadri. Chunky Panday described Siddharth Kanan, “I have received the maximum criticism. I was shooting a film outside a theatre. After watching my film Khatron Ke Khiladi, a man came and threw a stone at my head. It was a small stone; it hit my head and the heroine’s shoulder.” Chunky Panday continued, “Mere sar ko kuch nahi hua, par heroine ko stitches aaye (It didn’t hurt me, but the heroine got stitches) Maine bola bhai you wasted it (I told the man that you wasted the chance). But Khatron Ke Khiladi was a good film.”
On the work front, She was last seen with Vijay Deverakonda in the 2022 film Liger. Next, she has Dream Girl 2 and Kho Gaye Hum Kahan on the channel.
