Manchu Manoj has been waiting to show his new movie, Okkadu Migiladu to the audience from past two years. He has been waiting for the correct time to release his movie and also, the movie to complete the highly important VFX portions. The movie is finally ready for release and the team has announced the release date for 10th November.
The news reports are suggesting that the movie release could be in troubke as director Ajay Nutakki and Asian Distributors chief, Sunil Narang, have ended up in a verbal brawl. Also, that lead to a fist fight that had to be broken by the people surrounding them. Going into the details, Okkadu Migiladu producers found a distributor who is ready to pay them a fancy amount but as Dil Raju or Asian Sunil have maximum theatres under their control they release major movies in Telangana.
Hurt by this monopoly, producers and director invited Sunil, for a meeting. They asked for 170 theaters in the state and also for the distributor to allow their own preferred distributor to release the film. Unhappy with the terms Sunil expressed his dissatisfaction in strong words. That resulted in a verbal brawl and the director went upto hitting him as well. Right now, Manoj is trying to look after the matter with some of the bigwigs to solve the situation amicably.
