Official: It’s Rashmika for Vijay-Vamshi film!

It is already known that Tamil actor Ilathalapathy Vijay would be collaborating with director Vamshi Paidipalli for his next film, which would mark his Telugu debut. The film is being produced by Dil Raju and is being made as a bilingual, with the shooting set to take place in Hyderabad and Chennai.

Now that Vijay is done with Beast, he is expected to begin shooting for Vamshi’s film very soon. Until now, there was no clarity over who would be the leading lady of the film, with several names surfacing. It has now been officially announced that Rashmika Mandanna would be the leading lady of this film. Sri Venkateswara Creations, the production house, announced officially today that Rashmika Mandanna would be the leading lady of #Thalapathy66, on the occasion of her birthday.

On the other hand, SS Thaman has been roped in as the music director for the film. More information regarding the film is yet to be revealed.
