Officer will be new, I promise : RGV

Ram Gopal Verma seemed quite opposite to his self at the pre-release event in Hyderabad. He got emotional talking about his relationship with Nagarjuna Akkineni. He said, “I may tear up while talking about Nagarjuna and I don’t want my reputation to be hurt. So, I will leave it saying that Nag came into my life when I was nothing. After he gave me a chance, I became wild horse putting my head into 10 different things at a time. He controlled me and helped regain focus on the film again.”

He continued, “Officer is a complete heroic story where the hero really stands for what he believes and when I designed the character I could only imagine Nag in it. I should thank him for being such a huge support and making me focus on telling my story. This film is all about the innovation we used in sound FX and also the idea, what if a police officer turns criminal.”

Nag at the function said, “I should thank RGV for Shiva as that movie gave me Amala. This film will be talked about the sound design and brutal stunts. After a long time, I did a complete heroism based movie and I am happy it is with RGV. I request of mine will be that people should stop talking about my age as I am still young. Fans will be happy to see me as a complete action hero in this film. We are coming on 1st June.”
