Jr NTR has enlisted the help of the Telangana High Court in a property dispute concerning his residence in Jubilee Hills, which is now valued at ₹24 crore.
Alleging that the previous owner forged documents to obtain bank loans, NTR faces potential property seizure by banks.
In 2003, NTR purchased the 681-square-yard plot on Road No. 75, Jubilee Hills, from Sunku Geetha Lakshmi for ₹36 lakh.
This property now encompasses a luxurious house owned by Tarak, serving as the residence for him and his family.
Facing the threat of losing his home due to fraudulent activities activity by the previous owner, NTR has sought legal intervention to safeguard his property rights.
Despite the substantial increase in the property’s value over the years, the underlying issue of fraudulent dealings has overshadowed NTR ownership, prompting the need for a judicial resolution to ensure a fair and just outcome.
