NTR surprised and enthralled audiences with his turn as the host for the first time, for the first season of Bigg Boss Telugu. EMK marks the second time that NTR has turned host for the small screen, and the show has been much awaited for a long time now.
NTR started off the show with Ram Charan as the first guest of the show, and it is being said that Rajamouli will also be seen as the guest in future episodes. The first episode of EMK has brought in a TRP rating of 11.4 for Gemini TV and took the channel from 290 GRPs to 400 GRPs at the time slot that the show airs on the channel.
