Looks like the most awaited projects of both the Vamsis – Paidipally and Vakkantham – with Mahesh Babu and NTR have been put on the backburner. While both the films were officially announced as well with PVP sending out an official pressnote along with a huge advertisement on Mahesh’s birthday and Kalyan Ram going on record to say that he would be producing NTR’s film, it seems things have taken a turn. Scripting issues and other unknown reasons are behind the change in plans, we hear.
While Puri Jagannadh is in contention to direct NTR’s next, Koratala Siva will be teaming up with Mahesh. NTR is presently enjoying the success of his latest release Janatha Garage and the film will be announced at a right time. Meanwhile, Mahesh is busy shooting for his next with AR Murugadoss. Let’s see what transpires for these two directors who’ve already wasted a great deal of time on these movies.
