Noted Tollywood producer RR Venkat is no more

Noted Tollywood producer RR Venkat passed away this morning at AIG Hospitals, Hyderabad. Reportedly, Venkat has been suffering from kidney related problem for a long time and breathed his last due to the same issue today.

RR Venkat produced most of his films with reputed director SV Krishna Reddy under his RR Movie Makers banner. He even remade Srikanth and Ramya Krishna starrer Aahwanam in Hollywood with noted star Jonathan Bennett as Divorce Invitation in 2012. In Telugu, Venkat produced blockbuster films such as Kick and in Hindi he produced award-winning films like, Ek Hasina Thi.
