It is well-known that Kollywood star Vijay joined forces with director Lokesh Kanagaraj for a film titled, Leo. Co-starring Trisha as the female lead, the film’s first schedule kick-started a few days back in Kashmir. Reportedly, Vijay along with the main cast and crew of Leo took a special flight from Chennai Airport and landed in Kashmir. Currently, the team is filming a few key scenes on the key characters in the film.
On the other hand, for the past couple of days, the news is circulating on social media that Trisha walked out of the project due to unknown reasons. Reacting to the news, Trisha’s mother talking to a Tamil channel trashed the reports as baseless rumors. She said that Trisha is very much in Kashmir and participating in the film’s shooting.
Interesting fact is that Leo marks the 67th project for both Vijay and Trisha. The pair will be again seen together after fourteen years in this film. Leo even marks the second time association of Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj after the 2021 film, Master.
Apart from Vijay and Trisha, Leo also stars Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Sandy Master, Action star Arjun, filmmaker-actor Gautham Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Malayalam actor Mathew Thomas, Baby Iyal among others in key roles. With the tagline ‘Bloody Sweet’, Leo is scheduled to hit the screens on October 19, 2023, in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam languages simultaneously.
