The shooting for star actor-director duo Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s much-awaited film, Pushpa-2 is progressing at a fast pace in Hyderabad at one of the studios. Reportedly, Sukumar has been canning a few important scenes on the principal cast for the past few days.
Meanwhile, for the past few months news is widely circulating on social media that star heroine Sai Pallavi is roped in for a key cameo in the film. Reports also came out that Sai Pallavi is approached for a tribal girl role in the film. Recently, yet another news surfaced that Sai Pallavi even joined the film’s shooting a couple of days back.
When we tried to track the actual facts, our authentic sources reveal that the makers of Pushpa-2 didn’t even approached Sai Pallavi for the film. All the news is circulating is completely baseless rumor, confirm sources.
In the month of January, Pushpa-2 team wrapped up a key Vizag schedule. Reportedly, director Sukumar canned a few key scenes involving Allu Arjun and the hero introduction song on a grand scale in the close to 10-day schedule. Apart from shooting for the film, Allu Arjun also had a fans meet with Uttarandhra fans during the shoot breaks. A few pictures of Allu Arjun with fans also came out and went viral.
As per the industry grapevine the first look teaser of the film will be out on April 8th on the eve of Allu Arjun’s birthday. Co-starring Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, Pushpa-2 also stars Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil in a prominent role. Sukumar Writings in association with Mythri Movie Makers banner is bankrolling this highly-anticipated movie. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer for this rustic actioner which is likely to hit the screens sometime in 2024.
