Director SS Rajamouli’s RRR is finally all set to be released on March 25th, after several delays, due to the pandemic and otherwise as well. The promotions of the film are going on currently, and the team is very actively promoting the film. The Andhra Pradesh government even agreed to increase the ticket prices of the film by Rs. 75 per ticket, for 10 days.
The Telangana government, and the AP government too, agreed for the film to be screened five times a day, which would all help in the film’s revenue, considering its massive budget. At the same time, the makers of RRR have been long planning to screen premiere shows of the film on the 24th. This is now being refuted by distributors, who are said to not be interested in such shows, as they have anyways been given permission to showcase the film from 6 AM on the 25th.
RRR makers are currently said to be considering this and are expected to come up with a decision very soon. On the other hand, RRR features an ensemble cast that includes NTR, Ram Charan and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles, while Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Olivia Morris, Ray Stevenson and Alison Doody will be seen in key roles.
