Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, directed by Parasuram, was supposed to be released for Sankranthi but got postponed after it was announced that Rajamouli’s upcoming film RRR, featuring NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles, would be released on January 7th.
As a result, the shooting for SVP has been taking place at a slower pace than before, considering its April 1st release. There have been reports recently, which said that SVP would be postponed yet again, as Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati’s Bheemla Nayak, and Venkatesh and Varun Tej’s F3 have been postponed, to let RRR and Radhe Shyam have a good space for their releases.
It has now been confirmed that SVP wouldn’t be further delayed and that it would arrive on time. Mahesh is currently resting, after undergoing knee surgery recently, and is expected to resume shooting very soon. The shooting of SVP is expected to be done by March, after which the team is reportedly planning to promote the film aggressively.
