Pawan Kalyan’s recent release, Bheemla Nayak, had a lot of expectations on it, and fans have been very much impressed with the film upon its release. While the film is a remake of the Malayalam film Ayyappanum Koshium, it has been altered to suit the sensibilities of the Telugu audience. The script and dialogues of the film have been written by director Trivikram Srinivas, while Saagar K Chandra has directed the film.
The film opened to really impressive numbers, making it the best ever opening in Pawan’s career so far, and the film has been going pretty strong in theatres still. However, reports are suggesting that the film might not make it to the 100 Crore club, due to the ticket price issue in Andhra Pradesh, which has significantly affected the film’s business.
The GO with the updated ticket prices was supposed to have been announced quite some time ago but has been postponed due to some unfortunate reasons, as a result of which Bheemla Nayak had to be released while the old ticket prices continued to prevail. The GO is yet to be released by the AP government.
