We had already reported that hero Nithiin’s new film, Maestro is going to skip its theatrical release and opt for a direct digital release. Noted OTT platform Disney Plus Hotstar has bagged the film’s streaming rights.
Now, the latest news circulating among film circles is that Disney Plus Hotstar management has snapped the film’s rights by offering a decent price of Rs 32 crore. News is also that the film is aiming for an August release on the streaming platform.
Being directed by Merlapaka Gandhi, Maestro has Tamannaah in a key role and Nabha Natesh will be seen as Nithiin’s love interest. Maestro is an official remake of the Hindi hit, Andhadhun and produced by Nithiin’s home banner Sreshth Movies.
