Actor Nithiin is gearing up for the release of his upcoming flick Bheeshma, which is slated to hit the theatres worldwide on February 21. The film, directed by Venky Kudumula, features Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. In the meantime, the actor hogged the limelight when he got engaged to his girlfriend Shalini last week. During a recent media interaction, Nithiin said that he kept his relationship with Shalini a secret since she is media-shy. He said, “It is becoming increasingly difficult for celebrities to keep their life private, but we managed to keep our relationship a secret.”
Reportedly, Nithiin met Shalini through a common friend in 2012 and over the years, their friendship turned into love. He also revealed that their parents agreed to their wedding last year. Apparently, the actor did not do a fancy proposal for Shalini. He kept it simple by proposing with a flower and not even a bouquet. Nithiin and Shalini will get married to each other in Dubai on April 15 and 16 at Palazzo Versace Dubai. Nearly 50 to 60 guests have been invited for their intimate wedding. A grand reception will be hosted in Hyderabad later.
