Nithiin director to handle PK’s Malayalam remake!

Power Star Pawan Kalyan is now interested in remakes. He has almost completed Vakeel Saab, the remake of Bollywood hit film Pink. He is now interested in another remake of Malayalam super hit film Ayyappanum Koshiyum. The movie has been initially planned with Rana Daggubati and Ravi Teja but that didn’t happen. Now, Pawan Kalyan has shown interest. Sithara Entertainments have bagged the remake rights.

It is now said that Venky Atluri of Tholi Prema, Mr. Majnu, and Rang De fame has got the opportunity to direct Pawan Kalyan. Venky Atluri has to first complete Nithiin’s Rang De and work on Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake. Sagar Chandra of Appatlo Okadundevaadu fame has worked on the script changes of the remake. The project is likely to start early next year. More details regarding this remake will be announced very soon. Vijay Sethupathi might play the other hero in this film sharing screen space with Pawan Kalyan.
