It is widely known that hero Nithiin is introducing noted editor SR Sekkhar aka MS Rajasekhar Reddy as the director with his upcoming film, Macherla Niyojakavargam. The film is scheduled for an August 12th release.
But being a hard-core fan of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, MS Rajasekhar Reddy’s over-enthusiastic tweets during the election results in 2019 are dug by the opposition TDP and Janasena party social media workers and circulating on social media platforms. In his tweets, Rajashekar Reddy abused two major casts by praising YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s victory. As the snapshots went viral all over social media, hero Nithiin came forward to give clean chit to his director. Quoting the screenshots shared by MS Rajasekhar Reddy, Nithiin tweeted”Fake tweet by a Fake person has created unnecessary fuss.. unfortunately this has hurt the sentiment of others..VERY SAD and DISAPPOINTING 🙏🙏🙏 I CONDEMN this kind of FALSE PROPAGANDA…”. There is nothing wrong with Nithiin supporting his director but the fact is that MS Rajasekhar Reddy worked as a paid party worker for the YSR Congress party during the 2019 elections.
After witnessing Nithiin’s blind support for the director, netizens are asking him to at least check the tweets from MS Rajasekhar Reddy two and half years ago before supporting MS Rajasekhar Reddy. Coming back to Macherla Niyojakavargam, the film has Krithi Shetty as the female lead and has its music composed by Mahathi Swara Sagar. Will the above controversial stuff affect the film’s collections? Remains to be seen.
