Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia Plans Careful Comeback After Injury

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia recently suffered an injury while doing a workout. The actor hurt herself during a deadlift and had to take complete bed rest without fail.

Nimrit who follows an active fitness routine said taking a break has been difficult but she is using this time to focus on recovery.

She admitted that the experience taught her not to take any workout movement lightly no matter how fit or experienced she is.

Nimrit also highlighted the huge importance of listening to the body while exercising. She advised people to pay attention to fatigue, sleep and nutrition and give recovery equal importance to training.

The actor said she will return to her fitness routine only after recovering properly. She is currently resting and preparing for a safe comeback without fail.
