Nikhil Gowda next with Puri or Suri?

Nikhil Kumar hogged the limelight with his debut movie. Be it for the production budget of 75 crores, be it the the top technicians working on script, he made all the right moves with the help of his loving parents. His dancing skills and ease in action helped in forming a great first impression on audience with his debut itself.

The movie Jaguar had the costliest production values ever in South India. Mahadev directed the movie while Vijayendra Prasad gave the story for the film. SS Thaman worked as the music director and Tamannah appeared in a special song. With all these attractions the movie should have been able to rake in box office moolah too. But due to predictable script and not well executed love story, the film turned out to be disaster in Telugu even though it saw a decent opening on its release day.

Now, the producers Chennambika Films are planning Nikhil ‘s second movie with famous Telugu directors. It could be either Puri Jagannadh or Surrender Reddy who can helm the second film. Puri Jagannadh already made films in Kannada with Purneeth Rajkumar and made a great name for himself. For Surrender Reddy if he accepts, it would be a first. The decision is expected to be taken in December after the release of Dhruva. The talks are on with both the makers and it is highly possible that 2nd with one director and 3rd with another. The movie is again planned to be a bilingual.
