Niharika and Chaitanya engaged at a private ceremony in August 2020 in front of their loved ones after dating for a while. Their pre-wedding rituals and wedding took place in Udaivilas Fort in Udaipur in December.

Chaitanya, on the other hand, is a graduate of the Indian School of Management and BITS Pilani (ISB).
