New Yoga addict, Tamannah

Yoga, we hear many doctors and health science, experts prescribe it for us to keep our fitness and health. As 21st June is regarded as International Yoga Day and International Music Day, we got to know about Tamannah’s addiction to the art of healthcare. Yes, Yoga is an art and when you are able to really bend your body in various shapes to perform such complex Aasanas, you really feel like an artist.

Tamannah is also saying the same. In fact, she is addicted to Yoga, it seems. The actress said, “It is important that you keep your fitness in the kind of profession, I am in. It is also important that my body is as flexible as I can keep it. Even though age catches up with us, if we want to keep ourselves fit and completely healthy, we need to do Yoga. It is the most natural way, to keep your body flexible and fit.”

The actress is spending hours of time talking with those people who are regular to the gym and who does Yoga every day, it seems. She said, “It is easy to exchange ideas and also, different tips when you find a like-minded person. So, I keep spending the maximum amount of time with people who like to keep themselves fit and who love Yoga.” Well, already we have several actresses bringing in Yoga CDs to inspire us, is Tamannah also thinking on those lines? We don’t have a definite answer for it, yet.
