SVC is one of Telugu cinema’s well-known production houses which made many family-friendly movies over the years. The banner recently had a mix of successes and failures.
Co-producer Shirish shared an update about their upcoming films. Their movie Sankranthiki Vasthunam was screened at the IFFI during the closing ceremony under the Indian Panorama section.
Shirish said that 2026 will be a major year for the banner with six releases planned and nine films already in production. Venu‘s Yellamma, starring Devi Sri Prasad will release next year.
Vijay‘s Rowdy Janardhan and Ashish’s Dethadi are set for 2026. Akshay Kumar will star in the Hindi remake of Sankranthiki Vasthunam.
Pawan Kalyan and Salman Khan also have upcoming films with the banner making 2026 their busiest year yet.
